If any of you are watching the court house and the difference in sentencing you will agree with me.
Yesterday the cases of the 2 first time offenders for DUI looked like they were to different cases with 2 different judges. In another case one lady racked up 20 probation violations for what she was on probation for before she was revoked and then it wasn't for the full amount of time. A sex offender with 15 bad violations before he went back and he is already out. Then comes a young man working 2 jobs and going to collage when his girlfriend beat him up and the judge had to call for violations because he said: "I have never had to revoke some one with no violations". So he went to jail for drinking too much water and buying a car with our written permission. I realize the unlikelyhood of voting a judge out but he has to get over 50% of the total vote so the best we can do is leave it blank

I recommend you re-name your blog with the correct spelling of the word "ordinary."
ReplyDeleteYou are right didn't notice that.
ReplyDeleteMoney for domestic violence is handed out to the correctional departments in the different states. But no one knows who receives it and what it is used for. The correctional departments don't have the over site that other departments have because of the cloak of judicial privacy the hide behind. That way they use the money we as tax payers fork over any way they choose and there is nothing we can do about it. The democrats don't care how big the department gets because they hire more democrats to work there and vote democrat: The republicans flat lack the courage to do what is right because some one may call them soft on crime. Try it some time tell a republican they are soft on crime.
